Hi there,
I’ve had my Versa 4 since Xmas and put it in charge overnight, which did appear to work and the phone is dead. I can’t get it to charge? What should I do?

Hi @janerj1970 - you can pull down on the watch face to see the battery level, if it is working.
But try charging both phone and watch again, often restarting them helps with issues, if it is possible. Using a different power source is a good thing to try if there are problems.
