My Versa 4, which is only around two months old, is not reacting to my wrist movements. It doesn’t come on at all and I have to press the button to see the time. Very annoying with such a new Fitbit. Help please

Hi @Taudles42 - pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons. It should then wake normally again.

Hi there, @Taudles42. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the screen wake feature on your Versa 4 is not working properly. I know it's annoying to have pressing the button.
Have you tried what @Guy_ suggested?
Please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't work or doesn't describe your issue, probably your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
Please let's try to check this setting one more time by swipe down from the clock screen. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
