Versa 4 won't respond to anything

I got my Versa 4 last Christmas and literally a year later it is acting up...

It vibrates on touch, won't sync, and the screen won't turn on. Things I've tried that haven't solved the problem:

- Restarting it

- Turning Bluetooth and location off and back on 

- Changing the clockface (doesn't update because it won't sync)

- Charging it (not sure if it is actually charging for above mentioned reasons)

Any help or assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. Thanks for having taken the time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
You may be right assuming that there could be a problem getting your device charged. Therefore I'd suggest having a closer look here to eliminate any possible reasons for that:

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

My apologies, I should have mentioned I have also tried cleaning the ports and have tried charging it on three different occasions in three different homes. Even after letting it sit on the charger, nothing happens.
