Versa 4 not turning on

Versa 4 screen is black it vibrates but does not reset or sync. Really disappointed with fitbit. This is the second fitbit with the same issue. No hard reset option. What a joke.

@FitbitUser1802 please respond to the following so I can further investigate and improve the situation:

- Are the LED lights on the back on?
- When was the last time you charged it?
- How long did you charge it for?
- If you haven't charged your Fitbit recently, we ask that you try charging it for 2 hours.
- Does it vibrate when you plug your Fitbit device into the charging cable?
- Have you tried restarting your Fitbit device by following the steps in our support article How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Have you tried the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

How do you reset it if there is no option on your site and there is no screen to look at? This is frustrating

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @FitbitUser1802!

To restart Versa 4, you have to keep it's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

To do a factory reset on your device, first keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo flashing on it's display. Then release the button and immediately keep pressing it again until there's a circle around the Fitbit logo. Now release the button and wait until your device has restarted.
