Versa 4 notifications not working correctly

Hi, I have installed the fitbit aplication in my phone and i have all the correct configurations, but when i receive WhatsApp notifications they dont appear in the principal screen but in the notifications screen yes. The notifications dont appear in the close screen when i receive it like others watches?

As a friendly reminder, please take into consideration the following notifications tips:

• To delete 1 notification, tap the notification > Clear.
• To delete all notifications at once, swipe to the end of your notifications and tap Clear All.
• For longer notifications, tap the notification to see the full message.
• To exit the notifications screen, press the back button or swipe down (Sense 2 and Versa 4) or up (all other devices).
• If you clear a notification from your device, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from your device.
