My versa 4 switched itself off earlier. Assumed it got too hot ( I’m on holiday) managed to get it to do a reboot and re set up in the app.

now it is constantly reboot then shows a red x then starts to reboot again.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4 and for trying to fix it through the restart.

Please, try to follow these steps:

Sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner > Device > Sync Now. If Sync Now doesn’t work:
Tap the upper left corner icon > Device > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears. If the banner doesn't show, please press and hold the side button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, then release the button.
