Is anyone else having a problem with trying to return their Fitbit versa 4? Mine is saying I'm past my 45-day return policy and it's not even been out for 45 days they did not start shipping them until September 22nd. Hmm...

The return policy is 45 days from the ship date. As @Odyssey13 said, call the support line. Do it soon though as the clock is ticking.

I had a similar experience.  My time frame to return the Versa 4 started the day I pre-ordered it which was weeks before it shipped.
