@SandraGail What do you mean by “the screen bounces all around”? The physical device bounces or the image on the screen moves erratically?

Hi there, @SandraGail. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. @SunsetRunner Thanks for your help!
As a first approach, I suggest restarting your Versa 4. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the issue persists after the restart, please make sure you're charging your Fitbit device the right way. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

When I charge the full screen battery level shows briefly (way too briefly I think), and then shows the main screen. Not seeing any "bouncing"

Hi there, @Smaggers. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
To check the battery level on your Versa 4, from the clock face, swipe down. The current battery level appears at the bottom of the screen. Also, you can swipe down on the Today tab of the Fitbit app to see your battery level in the top right corner.
As suggested above, please see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
See you around.

I'm already aware how to check the battery level.. I was just saying that it's poor design that the big battery charging view that appears when connecting the charger disappears so quickly (it only shows for a couple seconds). It's not a big deal but it could be presented better.
Also I was responding to OP's report of "bouncing" which I don't see.
