My 6 days old Versa 4 is not really working anymore. 

Sometimes it's possible to turn on the screen using the side button, but I'm not able to swipe or push anything on the screen. 

Watch has been restarted several times. 

There's an update in the Fitbit app. Update is also starting, the watch is reacting, but afterwards it's going back to the start of the update once again. 

iPhone has been restarted several times. Fitbit app has been deleted and reinstalled. 

 

Still nothing works. 

Any ideas?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

As for the update, please see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
