Yesterday my Versa 4 screen went black. The button would not bring the screen up, only double tapping would bring the screen up. FitBit app indicated it was still receiving data. App indicated it needed an update, but the update link was not active for me.
This morning Versa 4 screen is still black. Button won't work. Neither does double tapping. FitBit App still says I need an update. I am able to click the update link, but the app is not able to find Versa 4 even when directly next to it. I put Versa 4 on charger- it has 69percent charge and the screen lit up with FitBit logo. App still cannot find Versa to connect for update. Versa did not collect any data from last night till now.
Versa 4 has apparently died. Can it be resuscitated?

Please, try to follow the steps listed here in order to sync your device.
