Versa 4 screen is stuck on the time

Hi,

I'm not sure how to phrase this question, so I'm including photos to explain. This picture is of the clock face I chose in the Fitbit app.

when I pick my arm up to check the time or whatever, it shows up most of the time. But when I put my arm down and rotate my wrist away this new clock appears. And is on always.

My question is.. how can I get this time to change to 12hr format? And if I can't, how can I make it go away? I have the 12 hr format selected in my settings and my downloaded clock face shows 12 hr format. It's just this new mysterious clock face that appeared overnight.

Thanks in advance!

Hi there, @Jasimms117. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and the images attached, that helps a lot to understand what's going on. I'll be glad to help you!

Based on your post, it seems like your Versa 4 has the "Always On" display enabled. This feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Regarding the clock format, please note that always on will show it in 24 hrs. That would explain why even after checking the settings and choosing a clock face with 12 hrs, it didn't change.
