Versa 4 experiences:
- Screen is stuck on the clock face, pressing the button works fine but choosing alarm, timer or simply scrolling, it never responds
- alarm vibration is not as strong as versa 3, it doesn’t wake me up at all
- Pressing the alarm to stop is not responding either
- answering a call from the watch causes it to get stuck
- the clock face moves by itself as if glitched
- clock face not aligned on the screen (as per attached)
- the clock face gets stuck
- when everything is stuck on the screen, either I reboot the watch or re-sync the watch to my phone to make it work
- a huge downgrade from versa 3
I requested this watch as a push gift in Nov 2023. Terrible experiences.

@Elevs ——- Ouch! It looks like you got a dud - I assure you that this is not normal for one of these devices. I would contact Fitbit directly (contact info is at fitbit dot com) and have the device replaced. Their customer service dept is excellent - twice in the last 8 years they have replaced Fitbit watches for us (once for me, once for my wife) gratis. Hope it works out for you!

Hi @Elevs. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details, the photo regarding this inconvenience with your Versa 4 and for the attempts to fix it on your own.
Have you tried to change the clock face in order to see if the issue persists? Please try that following the steps listed here.
Thanks @tractorlegs for providing this helpful information.

Hi @ManuFitbit, yes I initially used SpO2 Signature, I have 2 videos of it being stuck. I was rebooting it to get fixed. Then I changed to this recent one which I posted, I thought that fixed the issue, but it was worse because it moves by itself, like a glitch. I also have videos of it. I wish I could attach the short videos but the forum is limited for photos only. Thank you for the feedback!

Wow thank you, @tractorlegs for letting me know. I didn’t know that’s even possible as the purchase has been more than 30days already. I will try to contact them. I hope they will allow me to send videos of the glitches from two different clock faces.

I attached another photo taken from a still shot from a video I took back in January, (not sure if it gets attached though). I was using spO2 signature back then, it got stuck on the edge of the arc as seen on the left side of the screen. I thought it was a clock face issue too so I changed it. @ManuFitbit, here’s a sample of the other clock face mentioned. Sorry I only thought of it now to pause the video so I can get a screenshot. I hope you’ll be able to
