Hi there, @feresa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend following the steps below:

- Remove the Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
- Restart your Versa 4.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
- Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
- Set up your Versa 4.

I believe it may be the red X you see when you first boot up your watch.
