Does anyone know how to get it past the connected screen with the tick? I have tried everything.

Hi there, @RachyB85. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out.
If the steps recommended by @MakMak don't do the trick, please try the following:
If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Thank you for all your comments but I still cant get it to go past the screen with the tick.. I have tried everything.. I think its faulty 😩 x

Have you been able to restart your Versa? That might do the trick. If not, you might have to let the battery run down and try to power it up again. It might also be worth considering an exchange at the store since it's brand new.

Yes it let's me restart the watch, go through everything and then just stops on that screen. I think it is definitely faulty.
