Versa 4 screen won't respond

my versa 4 is hung on the main screen - time, heart rate, date, etc. Will not scroll left, right, up or down.  Anyone have a suggestion?

Sad to hear that your Versa isn't working properly. Please try to restart it by pressing and holding the side button for 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears on the display.

 

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

installed new clock face and it seems to work fine,
