I have ordered two fitbit watches for my wife - a Versa 3, and then a 4. I got the 4 after the 3 stopped working/charging. Now just after the 45 day window the brand new Versa 4 started doing the same thing the 3 did and won't charge/work.
I am DONE with Fitbit products now

Hi @ChrisSmithNola - both watches may be fine and just suffering a charging problem due to cleaning or a faulty charge cable, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It may be a good idea to look into a new cable which are interchangeable between the Versa 3 and Versa 4, just in case that is the issue.
