Versa 4 stopped charging

My new 4 month old Versa 4 has just stopped charging - I'm so annoyed as this is my 3rd Fitbit.

I have tried all avenues to reboot my Versa 4 and nothing has been successfully.

What is the next step ?

I versa 4 is onlyb4 months old. I would like a new watch replacement.
