Versa 4 stopped receiving notifications after a factory reset

  • My versa stopped receiving all notifications from texts, calls, messenger and whatsapp. I have deleted the app reloaded it, checked all setting, turned off Fitbit and watch and even done a factory reset. Still nothing is coming through on my Fitbit!

Hi there, @ZoeERW. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not receiving notifications. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

I have double checked and checked again! Have turned everything off and done factory resets. Still nothing. How do I go about getting a replacement?
