My Versa 4 has not synced in 2 days, trying to apply latest update. I have restarted both app and watch, reset watch, removed and reinstalled app, still no luck. It's been stuck on "Searching" for the last hour now after all those steps. Anyone else having this issue or find a solution?

Hi there, @Flip66. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
On a side note, please know if you're an Android user, you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up your Versa 4. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? and if needed, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi there, @DGilch. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I have a Pixel 7 with the latest updates from Google. The update finally applied late yesterday, but now it has not synced since then. I get the "sync is taking longer than usual" error and it did not register anything sleep or other health metrics.

I have the same issue this user does. I did all the steps you listed and it still is not working. I unpaired my device and now can't even get it to pair with the app again.

Update: The Fitbit now constantly reboots and won't stop long enough to change any settings. I'm going to return it.

I also have an iphone 11 and my Versa 4 has stopped synching (as well as alarms) today. It has always had issues synching but now (even though it shows as connected) it will not synch. Have tried unpairing it, hard booting my phone, making sure app is updated, etc.
