Versa 4 stopped tracking floors

My Versa 4 has stopped registering floors.

Hi @PeaceWhitehorse.

Have you tried restarting your Versa 4 (press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the fitbit logo) to see 8f this fixes the issue?
