Versa again won't record sleep. I have worn it fully charged on my dominant wrist. What else can I do ?

In addition to the recommendation provided by @Guy_, please keep in mind that there are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:

Best AnswerI have tried all of this but mine is still not syncing my sleep. I do have green lights on the back now since shutting it off but that is all. I have force quit the app and turned Bluetooth off and back on but no luck. It did this two days ago, worked for a day and now won’t work again. Thanks
