Versa again won't record sleep. I have worn it fully charged on my dominant wrist. What else can I do ?

Hi @RexGRAY - sleep must be calculated, for it to do that the watch must be able to sync fully. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi there, @RexGRAY. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not tracking your sleep data. We're here to help!

In addition to the recommendation provided by @Guy_, please
keep in mind that there are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device as described in this help article.
  • If you slept for less than 1 hour for sleep patterns or less than 3 hours for sleep stages.

If you haven't done so already, please restart your Fitbit device by following the steps provided here

For more information, see Why don't I see sleep stages today?

I have tried all of this but mine is still not syncing my sleep. I do have green lights on the back now since shutting it off but that is all.  I have force quit the app and turned Bluetooth off and back on but no luck.  It did this two days ago, worked for a day and now won’t work again.  Thanks
