Versa 4 stopped working

Several days after switching my Fitbit Versa 4 account to Google my watch disconnected and will not reconnect. I disconnected the Versa from my I-phone’s Bluetooth list per instructions and it now it is no longer listed in my available Bluetooth devices.  Is the problem with Google, Fitbit or my watch?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not working.  

Have you tried pairing your Versa 4 from the app or directly via Bluetooth on your iPhone? 

To pair your watch back to the account please follow the steps in this help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?

No luck…added my phone as per instructions although it confirmed new sync
on my phone it would not connect. List my phone as last synced last night
and a new separate sync today. It also said I had a free fit but premium
for 6 months I declined because I’ve had the watch since June 2023 should
not be eligible for the free 6 months. (I do not want the annual premium)

See pics. Watch pic is taken after phone app shows it synced. FYI The
watch is fully charged. Now what?

If you've already linked your Versa 4 to your account and it's still not syncing, please verify that your watch and phone meet the following requirements: 

  • 1- Your iPhone has the latest version of the Fitbit application installed.
  • 2-Your iPhone has a data connection or Wi-Fi connection.
  • 3- Your iPhone software is up to date.
  • 4- The Bluetooth of your iPhone is activated.
  • 5- Your iPhone is not receiving other Bluetooth signals. (speakers, headphones)
  • 6- If you use more than one device to synchronize, make sure that only the one you want to synchronize is nearby.
  • 7- The battery charge of your Fitbit device is not too low.
  • 8- You do not have available updates.

Thanks….deleted the watch again from my I-phone Bluetooth and it clicked in
the next time I connected. An update was installed and all’s fine now.
