How can I contact Fitbit without paying some expert? The watch hit the ground face down and stopped working. Period

Hi @Sandyashri customer support doesn't charge to contact them. However, accidental damage isn't covered by the warranty. click to read the warranty information.

Hi @Sandyashri - did you try placing it on charge, check it doesn't get hot and if so stop immediately?
