Versa 4 won't charge

Went swimming yesterday. Left my Fitbit to dry and now it won’t charge

Hi @Charliv1 - see guide which explains not charging issues How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

If it is being a problem, press the button 2 seconds and wait or at least 10 seconds and wait for vibration and hopefully logo to show it's starting. It is possible that it has suffered water damage in which case it will need replacing where you bought it.

 

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
