I charge my versa 4 watch for the whole day and when I turn it on only the Fitbit logo appears non stop but I don't know why..How can I fix this problem please?

Hi @Falakai - try holding the button for 10 seconds till the watch vibrates and the logo reappears. If it doesn't start you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. Your watch may need to be replaced under warranty where you got it.
