My fitbit versa 4 is charged and all I get on the screen is the fitbit logo then it stays on the screen where you select English plus the other languages. There is no lights on the back anymore . Is it fixable ? Thankyou.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
