To solve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Vinay_danda - first, once the watch is charged, try a restart, press and hold the button for 12 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and it starts after a minute.

If that doesn't happen try removing the Bluetooth entry from the phone, logout of the Fitbit App. Login again and click profile photo, "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

If still no sucess can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They may take you through a factory reset.
