Versa 4 stuck on Fitbit logo

Left my Versa 4 charging.  Put it back on and it’s stuck on logo.  Have tried all the recommended resets but can’t get past the ‘now use the 4 digit code’ as it never comes up on the Fitbit or the app.   Think there is a problem with Bluetooth connectivity as it says it’s connected but it doesn’t seem connected as you don’t get the blue ! to disconnect.  Please advise

Hi there, @djmarkburrows. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out and the images attached. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've tried the following steps:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
