Versa 4 stuck on a red X

Hi

my versa 4 keeps restarting and a red X appeared during the process. Has been a week.

Hi @Dennisshim316 - did you try turning off the Bluetooth on your phone and then holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears?

I have the same issue. Did as suggested and it keeps happening. Is there an update to fix this issue? Very annoying and I just literally bought this one a week ago. Have the rose colored one now, same issue with the black one and it completely locked up

Hi @Tazboo492 - if you did the restart and it is still a problem with Bluetooth turned off, try changing to the default clock face, if it is not already and you are able.

If not try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset.

I did a factory reset this morning and the issue still persisted. I have
changed the clock face back to to the original one and it has not happened
again. Unfortunately we shouldn't have to be limited to the only using the
original clock. A patch needs to be made and rolled out to fix the problem
