Best AnswerNot working. I tried to factory reset but it's still doesn't show the clock and stuck on the logo and it will turn off and a logo red X will be shown too
I have the same issue and this did not resolve the problem. Factory reset didn't fix the problem. Turning bluetooth on and off multiple times didn't fix the problem. Reinstalling the fitbit app didn't fix the problem. Tried every possible solution I can find in this help forum and watched every YouTube video on Versa 4 and still can't fix it. I think the watch is just designed to break after 2 years.
