I’ve just gone from a charge 2 to Versa 4. When I go to check the time, or use the watch for anything the Fitbit logo comes up for 20 seconds then disappears and then I can use the watch / can see the time and access everything as normal.
Is this the watch syncing?
I can’t do anything when this comes up! It does it by itself throughout the day too. It’s infuriating having to wait to find out the time.

Hi there, @Lissyyy95. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 4 is not working properly. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thank you for getting back to me.
i’ve done the above steps trying 3 different clock faces and also done a factory reset too, but no joy.
Does the logo come up because the watch is syncing? Is this what automated syncing looks like? Or is the logo never meant to appear? I have no idea what syncing automatically looks like as the charge 2 had manual syncing.
