My Fitbit Versa 4 keeps switching off even though the watch is showing as charged in the app. The watch will only turn back on after connecting to the charging cable and then shows it is already charged. This is so frustrating as it happens when I am out for a walk or run and stops logging it and I also have no time displayed.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Batterij was nooit helemaal leeg.

I am having the same issue with my Sense 2 using firmware 60.20001.214.24. It started happened intermittently last week that the battery was losing charge faster and not as soon as I take it off the charger it stops working. I did a factory reset and that did not resolve the issue either.

Add me to the list with exactly the same issue. It started doing this after the most recent FW update. I've performed multiple factory resets and FW updates and it's still failing. After a full charge the battery will drain faster than normal until it gets to 70% at which point it shuts down and tries to restart. It will do this seven times and then becomes unresponsive to button pushes. The only way to wake it up is to attach it to the charging cable where it will boot up and show a battery capacity of between 70% and 75%.
I think that whoever compiled the most recent firmware didn't check their handywork before it went on general release.
In the meantime I've gone back to using my Huawei GT2.
