Versa 4 sync and firmware update

I have factory reset. Uninstaller app and nothing works.

Thanks for your comment regarding to your Versa 4. 

Would it be possible that you provide more details about the inconvenience that you have? Let me know if you are not able to sync or if you can not complete a firmware update?
