Bought my daughter, a runner, a versa 4 to track her pace, workouts, etc. It stopped syncing before a race and hasn’t worked since. Phone sees it, she gets text notifications, but it’s a poor pedometer that can’t keep time correctly. App will not resync even after trying ALL the suggestions. Too late to return. Bought a new versa 3 instead. Fix it!

Hi @saramkuhl - hopefully the Versa 3 will function better and has features that the 4 doesn't.
The syncing issues can often be with a version of the Fitbit App, so see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
But can also be watch fault or that the phone was connected as a device to the Fitbit App. In any case it is covered by warranty.
