Versa 4 touch screen not working

I’ve had my Versa 4 for 8 months and it’s constantly crashing and restarting and not holding the charge. Now my touch screen doesn’t work, I have restarted multiple times and changed the face of the clock and nothing has worked. 
any other suggestions?

Hi @CorinneM13. Welcome to the forums.

Thank you for providing the details regarding the diffculty that you are experiencing with Versa 4 and thank you for trying to fix it on your own. 

Please try to charge the device for at least 2 hours. If you are having difficulties to get it charged, please follow the steps listed here: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Once you know that the device is charged, try to sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner icon > Versa 4 > Sync Now. 

If Sync Now doesn't work, please tap again the upper left corner icon > Versa 4 > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears.

Now, please try to restart one more time and update the device if the firmware update is available.
