Since updating my Watch before Christmas it had 2 days where the battery drained within hours of a full charge . Now a hour after charge it turns off and won’t turn on . If I connect to the charger it turns on win 80% + charge on the watch . I have done a factory reset and the watch worked for a hour then cut off again and is now stuck in a Fitbit logo loop..
logo comes on then goes off and then repeats.
till I plug it to a charger.
The watch was working perfectly and lasted nearly a week before a charge was needed. then the update happened.

Hello @Lorain12! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 turns off and now is stuck in the Fitbit logo. I appreciate the steps you try before contacting.
Did you clean the charging pins recently? If don't please follow the steps in the following link: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Once the contacts are clean please restart your watch by pressing the button for at least 12 seconds or when the watch turns on with the logo, after the restart please connect it to the charging cable on a computer or with a UL certified adapter.

Hi did all that and it still turns it self off all the time . It won’t turn on by itself , I have to plug it in to the charger to turn it back on .
---
When it turns back on it still has a lot of charge 70 percent - 98 percente. It doesn’t matter what percentage it is it will randomly turn off and require plugging-it in to charge to turn on.It can turn itself off every 2-3 hours to 13 hours but will switch itself off at least 2-4 times a day . I have done 4 complete watch wipes and re install . This doesn’t solve the problem caused by the update
---
Its really frustrating.

Same thing happened to me. Updated my Versa 4 watch the Saturday before Christmas and three days later my watch stopped working. I charged my watch last weekend and drained completely in a day
