Versa 4 vibration is too weak

The strong setting on the alarm vibration is useless! Regretting upgrading from an original versa to a versa 4 with small things I’m finding have gone backwards. Please tell me this is something that will be changed 😬

Unfortunately nothing will change, but you can certainly play around with the settings to have it go with your needs.

Thanks for your reply. Other than the setting for light & strong do you have any other suggestions? I do have it set to strong now but there is no way that will wake me up 🤣

Hi @Malso74 - the original Versa has good vibrations whereas the Versa 4 doesn't.  The only option is to keep the battery fully charged as vibrations, get weaker as the battery level decreases, though you probably won't notice as it is so weak to start with.

The original Versa is a good watch for many reasons, not least of which it has more reliable HR measurements.

Yep I think I should’ve just lived with the problems I was having. I did have it for nearly 5 years and assumed the 4 would be a step up! Will keep it charged though see if that helps at all but might have to go back to the alarm on my phone 🤷‍:female_sign:

I am so sorry I upgraded from a versa 2 to a versa 4.  

You would think an upgrade would get you better features.  

You would be wrong.

VERSA 4 is an expensive downgrade from the 2. 

Totally disappointed with this Fitbit.

Yes very disappointing!! Thankfully I was able to return mine and I found a versa 2 on sale. Back to working the same as my old one now 😊😊

Hi @Chrismaslyar - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch and still in the window Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

You can still get another Versa 2 quite cheaply like @Malso74

Guy is right! He told me the strong vibration was non existent and now I agree with him having gone from a Versa 2 to a Versa 4 over the past week.

I guess I will just set 3 alarms 2 minutes apart.

Really like the Versa 4
