Yesterday morning I had 21% charge left on my Versa 4. When trying to figure out how the charger connected the battery died or something. I think I might have shorted out My Versa 4 but I am not sure since it won't charge. Send the lights aren't turning on.

Hi @Bridgetted90 - the cable or power source can be damaged, follow the instructions here How to check charge cable - Sense 2 /Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
