Versa 4 - watch and app steps discrepancy

The steps on my watch versus the Fitbit app don’t match. It’s been a few days now. For example, my watch showed 10750 steps but my Fitbit app shows 11115 steps. Why the discrepancy? I’ve tried turning the watch off and back on, logging out of the app and disconnecting from bluetooth. I’ve synced both the watch and phone and I downloaded the latest version (4.26). Any ideas on a fix? Thanks in advance!

Same here, ever since the firmware upgrade. I've re-booted, sync'd umpteen times with no effect.

My watch is doing the same. Distance is different on my watch compared to what’s on the APP. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks
