Versa 4 will not charge

I have bought 2 new Fitbits and one charges without issues. However, the second will not charge at all. I have tried both charges sent within the box, wiped/cleaned before charging and even tried my old Versa 4 charger.

Any idea, or should I contact Amazon (where I purchased it)?

Hi @STAJUK - this can happen also if a tiny bit of plastic still covers one of the contacts on the back of the watch.

Use a magnifying glass to check.

If the second Fitbit still does not charge after trying multiple chargers and cleaning the contacts, it is most likely a defective unit.
