I have bought 2 new Fitbits and one charges without issues. However, the second will not charge at all. I have tried both charges sent within the box, wiped/cleaned before charging and even tried my old Versa 4 charger.
Any idea, or should I contact Amazon (where I purchased it)?

If the second Fitbit still does not charge after trying multiple chargers and cleaning the contacts, it is most likely a defective unit. In many cases, devices sold through Liquidation & 70%Savings deals may occasionally have hardware issues. Therefore, contacting Amazon for a replacement or return would be the best option.
