Similar to another comment about an hour ago, I was struggling to sync. Restarted, reinstalled, did all the things it recommends (except factory reset), finally got it to sync after 12 hours. Now it won't sync again! Fitbit are you aware of server, syncing issues??

I'm having the same issue. I actually just got off the phone with them they just found out it's a general issue across the board and they're going to fix it in a few hours.

It's been 24 hours and I still can't sync. Any idea when it'll be fixed? Plus, how long will my watch store the info so it's not lost?
