Why does my Versa 4 only charge to 99%?

Hi @pattyirene - that may not be the case. Mine has started taking anything up to an hour to go from 99% to 100%.
If it is a new watch it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to reach maximum.
What you can try is restarting the watch and checking the cleaning and changing power source, perhaps use a PC for that.
However it is rarely worth charging to more than 97% as the time wasted charging buys you very little extra autonomy and you can't be wearing it if you are waiting for it to charge.
