I have jsut set up my new Versa 4 and note that it will not charge paast 99%, no matter how long it is on charge(currently over an hour) Is this normaldue to things running in the background) I have shut it down and started it up again which did nothing.

Hi @joe3175 - normally it takes a good 15 minutes to go from 99 to 100%, but it can take longer and an hour or more is possible.
There are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated.
Try using a PC as a power source.
However it may make sense to stop at 99% because as the watch battery level falls around 1% per hour, using an hour charging to extend the battery life by an hour seems a waste of time when you can be using watch during that time.

Thank you for replying. I had it on charge for 3 hours to no avail. As I said I shut it down and started it up again which did not help. What did happen was is I could watch the power dropping(while on charger) by 3% almost instantly. I am returning it as I do not feel this is normal.
