Does anyone have an issue with the watch not being fully charged 100% as mine seems to stay at 99% for ages, like 30 mins but it never seems to get to 100%?

Hi @clairechops - charging to 99% is fine, it can take 15 minutes or more to get to 100% and this is time you could be wearing the watch.

The 1% difference will give you perhaps one hour more battery autonomy and spending 30 minutes charging to get an hour is pretty much a waste of time.

This is because at that battery level the charge current is so very small, it takes a long time to get the energy needed.

If you really want to see 100% you can try

  • Holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, while charging 
  • Turning off Always On 
  • Changing clock face in case it is consuming battery faster than it is being charged 
  • Removing from charge by unplugging the USB and plugging in again
  • While unplugged adjust the charge cable seating and reconnect 
  • Waiting for an hour or more
