  • I've had my Versa 4 for 2 months and now it won't charge. Tried different charging locations and nothing works. Back of device and charger are clean and dry. Any suggestions?

Hi @Gmavs - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

The good news is your charge cable can be replaced under warranty or even the watch.
