Versa 4 won't charge

  • Recently received the fitting versa 4 for Christmas. Unfortunately it won't charge for me. It vibrates when connected to the charger however it will then vibrate again as if it has been disconnected and connected again. This continues to happen and the battery continues to reduce in power. 

Has this happened to anyone else. I have restarted the device by holding the power button for 10 seconds and no joy

Hi @JM2460 - have a look here but as it is new it could be the watch has a fault. How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Note: If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
