As above - app load,

but when I select

gallery of faces  I just get the loading wheel which freezes.

stopped and restarted app

deleted and loaded app

intermet

connection all ok

Hi @TractorBoy77 - the gallery requires a special internet connection - this may help No internet connection 

Even so you might try with just mobile data or just wifi - there may be a difference.
