So I am writing about my experience with my Versa 4. Prior to this I was a Charge 2 user. Never an issue with my Charge 2. My wife purchased the Versa 4 for my birthday in January. After 6 months of use it stopped charging. I looked up the troubleshooting steps. Thoroughly cleaned the pebble as well as the charging cord pins. I was very careful about this. Finally I contacted support who ran me through all of the same troubleshooting steps plus a few other ones. No luck and I was told I would receive a replacement because of my warranty.
It took 5 weeks to receive my replacement after a few times contacting support regarding the replacement.
Received the replacement and paired it up with my phone and the app. Things seemed good until I went to go charge it. My replacement would not charge. After cleaning the replacement as well as the charging cord pins, my Versa 4 still would not charge. I contacted support again and after talking with three separate reps who had me troubleshoot the device, finally sent me an email for yet another replacement.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I full expect it to take at least another month to receive my second replacement. I will be looking at other devices to replace my Fitbit as this is completely unacceptable. I can no longer in good conscience recommend Fitbit devices.

Hi @ABukowski - the charging cable seems at fault get them to send you another immediately.

I did troubleshoot the charging cable as well. I know for a fact it is not the charging cable because we were able to charge my daughters Versa 4 with the cable.

Thanks @ABukowski - if the display is blank sometimes watches don't start when put on charge. To make sure hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
In can also be useful to invest in something like a charge doctor to see what really is going on.
