Versa 4 won't charge

My Versa 4 that I bought in May doesn't charge anymore. I tried different charging cables. I tried to send a help message through the app but it tells me chat is not available. What happened to emailing for support? This is incredibly disappointing. And since the post didn't take I tried to post again and got a message I was flooding. I just want my device to work. This is ridiculous. Do better Fitbit/Google or more people will move on to other brands.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue charging your Versa 4. To hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest to have a closer look here as a first approach:

I have tried everything. I have noticed that it does now light up with the Fitbit symbol but then goes blank/dark. Then ablutba minute or two later it does the same thing as if it's in a reboot loop.
